These terms apply to repairs and services provided by Alpha Computers LLC (“we”, “us”) and to the use of this website. By leaving a device with us or booking a service, you agree to them.

Estimates and quotes

Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on the exact model, the condition of the device and the parts you choose. We’ll give you a quote before starting work, and we’ll contact you for approval if we find something that changes the price.

Parts

Depending on the repair, you can choose original-equipment (OEM) or high-quality aftermarket parts. We’ll explain the difference so you can decide.

No Fix – No Fee

If we can’t repair your device, you don’t pay for the repair.

1-year warranty

Our repairs are warrantied for one year from the date you pick up your device. The warranty covers the parts we installed and our workmanship. It doesn’t cover new physical damage (such as drops or cracks), liquid damage, damage from tampering or repairs by someone else, or unrelated problems with the device. If you think something is wrong with a repair, contact us and we’ll take a look.

Your data

Please back up your device before any repair if you can. We take care to protect your data, but some repairs (and some failing devices) carry a risk of data loss, and we can’t be responsible for data that is lost during a repair. Data recovery is offered as a separate service with no guarantee that data can be recovered.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times on this website are typical estimates, not guarantees. Parts availability and the device’s condition can affect timing; we’ll keep you updated, and you can check progress any time on the repair status page.

Picking up your device

We’ll let you know when your device is ready. Please pick it up promptly, or contact us if you need us to hold it longer. Payment is due at pickup.

Prior damage and water damage

Devices with existing damage, liquid exposure or previous third-party repairs may have hidden problems that only appear during or after a repair. We’ll tell you about anything we notice, but we aren’t responsible for pre-existing issues.
