Frequently asked questions
Repair times, walk-ins, parts, warranty and more. Don’t see your question? Just call.
How long will my repair take?
Many iPhone screen and battery repairs are done the same day. Most computer repairs take 2–3 days, and complex repairs 3–5 business days. Need it faster? Ask about express service.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Tue–Fri 10:00 am – 5:00 pm · Sat–Sun by appointment). Booking ahead guarantees your spot, and weekends are available by appointment only.
Do you offer on-site repairs?
Yes. We can repair devices at your home or office, and we support small businesses with networks, Wi-Fi, servers and emergency tech support.
What’s the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?
OEM parts are made by or for the original manufacturer. High-quality aftermarket parts cost less and work well for most people. We’ll explain the trade-offs for your device, and you choose. Either way, the repair has a 1-year warranty.
How does virus removal work?
We remove viruses, spyware, adware, ransomware and rootkits, then clean up and optimize the system, install security updates and set up protection. It typically takes 24–48 hours.
Can you recover data from a failed or damaged drive?
Often, yes: from crashed hard drives, SSDs, USB and external drives, deleted files, water-damaged machines and computers that won’t boot. Stop using the device and bring it in as soon as you can.
What if you can’t fix it?
Then you don’t pay for the repair. That’s our No Fix – No Fee guarantee. Every successful repair also comes with a 1-year warranty.
