Alpha Computers LLC (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the repair shop at 4280 Hickory Flat Hwy Ste 114, Canton, GA 30115. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it simple: we use your information to repair your device and talk to you about it. We don’t sell it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us when you request a quote, send a message, book a repair or drop off a device: your name, phone number, email, address (for on-site visits), device details, a description of the problem and any photos you upload.
• Repair records: the work done, parts used, prices, status updates and warranty dates.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address and browser type), used for security and to keep the site working. We use a cookie only to keep forms secure and to keep staff signed in to the admin area. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To give you a quote, schedule and perform repairs, and contact you about them.
• To show your repair status when you look it up with your ticket number and phone number.
• To honor our warranty and keep a history of work on your devices.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

Your device and your data

We only access what we need to diagnose and repair your device. We don’t browse, copy or keep your personal files unless you ask us to (for example, for a data recovery or transfer), and we don’t share them with anyone. Please back up your device before a repair whenever you can; we’re glad to help.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our email and website hosting providers), when required by law, or with your permission.

Third-party services

Our pages include an embedded Google Map, and links to our booking calendar, Google reviews and Facebook page. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep repair and customer records for as long as needed to provide warranty service and meet legal and accounting requirements. Photos uploaded with a quote request are kept with that request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.

Children

This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
